Amesbury Town Council has an immediate vacancy for a second Town Caretaker.
Hours: Full-time, Monday – Friday 8.00am – 4.00pm
Salary: NJC Point 8: £22,777/annum
Forming part of a two-man maintenance team, duties to include:
Litter clearance / emptying litter bins on Town Council land
Inspection / repairs / maintenance of Town Council land – Lords Walk, two cemeteries, parks and open spaces, allotments, disc golf course
Some general repairs / maintenance of Town Council properties – The Bowman Centre and Centenary Pavilion
Use of Town Council vehicle, therefore current driving license essential
